About Tilly Fern

Tilly Fern is a small, independent site of free printables for kids, made for the parents, grandparents and teachers who print them. We draw paper squishy templates, paper dolls with whole wardrobes of clothes, and coloring pages that tell little stories — a kitten in space, a cat in the garden, a family getting ready for Thanksgiving.

Drawn by hand, by Tilly

Every page on the site is drawn by Tilly, the illustrator behind Tilly Fern: no clip art and no licensed characters. We lay out each file so it prints at 100% on both US Letter and A4 and check that the pieces actually fit — that the paper duck's clothes sit on the duck and a squishy's front and back line up.

Free to print

Print as many copies as you need for your family, class, library or group — no sign-up, no email. We only ask that you share a link to the page instead of the files, and that nobody sells the printouts. The details are in ourTerms of Use.

How we keep the lights on

The site is supported by ads served by Google. Ads never change what we draw or publish, and we never ask you to click on them.
