Printable Paper Doll with Clothes: 8 Free Wardrobes
A free printable paper doll with eight wardrobes: everyday and summer clothes, swimsuits, winter coats, a Halloween witch, 80s fashion and princess gowns.
Pages in this set
This printable paper doll comes with eight complete wardrobes to print, cut out and mix: everyday clothes, summer outfits, a seaside set with swimsuits, romantic florals, a winter walk with coats and knits, a Halloween witch, 1980s fashion and medieval princess gowns. It is one doll in every set, drawn by hand in soft, warm colors, with red-brown curls and a simple bra-and-briefs base layer, so every outfit layers on top.
Each wardrobe is one PDF with two pages: the doll and the first outfits on page 1, more clothes on page 2. Every piece has white fold-over tabs, so there is no glue, and everything is printed at one scale — clothes from any wardrobe fit the doll from any other. Each wardrobe also has a black-and-white version of the same two pages for kids who want to design their own colors and patterns.
The eight wardrobes
Everyday has a trench coat, wide-leg jeans, a blazer with trousers and a polka-dot party dress. Summer brings a denim shirtdress, a cropped jean jacket, a bucket hat and sneakers. Seaside has a swimsuit, a bikini, a striped romper, a floral kimono and a straw hat. Romantic is all florals, lace and bows; Winter Walk has a long puffer, a coat with a faux-fur collar, Fair Isle sweaters, a pompom beanie and mittens. Halloween Witch comes with a witch hat, a cape, a broom, striped stockings and a pumpkin bag; 1980s has a windbreaker, acid-wash jeans, a power-shoulder dress and a leather jacket; and Medieval Princess Gowns has five embroidered gowns, a fur-trimmed cloak, a crown and a pointed hennin with a veil.
How to make the paper doll
- Print both pages of a wardrobe at 100% (“actual size”) on Letter or A4 — cardstock for page 1 if you have it.
- Cut out the doll, then each piece along its outline. Keep the white tabs.
- Dress the doll: lay a piece on top and fold the tabs behind her shoulders, waist or legs.
- Store each wardrobe in an envelope or a zip bag so the small shoes and hats don’t go missing.
The doll is about 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) tall — big enough for small hands to dress and small enough for a pencil case.
Ideas for playing
Plan an outfit for each day of the week, dress the doll for the weather outside, or put on a fashion show with a cardboard runway. Older kids like the history in it: compare a 1980s power suit with a medieval gown, or design a whole new collection on the black-and-white pages. Halloween Witch makes a quick October activity; Seaside and Summer are perfect for a rainy day at the beach house.

Questions
How many outfits are there?
Eight wardrobes with two pages each — about eighty pieces in all: dresses, tops, skirts, trousers, coats, swimsuits, shoes, hats and bags, plus a cape, a broom and a crown.
Do the clothes fit across wardrobes?
Yes. It is the same doll in every set, and all sixteen pages print at one common scale, so a coat from Winter Walk goes over a dress from Romantic and the boots from Everyday go with the 80s jeans.
Is there a black and white version?
Yes. Every wardrobe has a second download with the same pages as line art, and all sixteen pages are also in our paper doll coloring pages. Color first, then cut and dress the doll.
What paper works best?
Cardstock (65 lb / 176 gsm) for page 1 keeps the doll stiff and lets it stand in a little card stand. Regular printer paper is fine for the clothes.
Can I print these for my class?
Yes — free for home and classroom use. Please share the link to this page rather than the PDF, and do not sell the printouts.
