Dessert! The kitty cuts the carrot cake decorated back in Part 2 and serves slices onto little plates. The friends sit around the table with tea cups, smiling, while pumpkins, acorns and leaves decorate the gingham runner. Outside the window a crescent moon has come up, so the day is almost over. The big round cake and the cups are easy shapes for young kids.
Printing and coloring tips
Print at 100% on Letter or A4. Plain 80–100 gsm copy paper is fine for crayons and colored pencils; for markers, use thicker paper or put a scrap sheet underneath so the ink doesn't bleed through. Detailed scenes like this one are easier with fine-tip markers or sharpened pencils.
Ideas for this page
- Color the cake the same way as on Decorating the Carrot Cake so it looks like the same cake.
- Make the window dark blue with a yellow moon to show it is evening.
Questions
