Cute Thanksgiving Coloring Pages: Getting Ready
Six cute Thanksgiving coloring pages: a kitty writes cards, mails the invitations, plans the menu and shops the farmers market. Part 1 of the Thankful Together coloring book.
Pages in this set
This is the first part of Thankful Together, our cozy Thanksgiving coloring book. A cheerful tabby kitty gets everything ready for a big dinner with friends: writing cards, mailing the invitations, drawing up the menu, shopping at the farmers market, hanging a leaf garland and washing the vegetables. Six pages, one little story.
What’s in Part 1
Every page is a full scene with a thick black outline, so younger kids can stay inside the lines, and enough small details — leaves, acorns, plaid towels, pumpkins — to keep older kids busy for a while. The kitty wears the same maple-leaf apron on every page, so a finished set looks like a real picture book.
How to use these pages
- Before the holiday: one page a day in the week before Thanksgiving makes a countdown.
- At the table: hand a page and a few crayons to kids waiting for dinner.
- In class: the pages work as a sequencing activity — print them out of order and let kids put the story in the right order.
Each page has its own download below. If you want the whole part in one file, open Complete Part 1 — it has the cover and all six pages.

Questions
What ages are these coloring pages for?
Kids 3 to 8 enjoy them most. Little ones can color the big shapes — the kitty, the pumpkins — and older kids like filling in the patterns on towels, leaves and baskets.
Do I need special paper?
No. Regular printer paper works for crayons and colored pencils. For markers, a slightly thicker paper keeps the ink from bleeding through.
