Time to decorate. The kitty strings a garland of maple leaves and acorns along a wooden sideboard. A round wreath with a bow leans by the door, two pumpkins sit on the floor, and the room has a cozy armchair with a plaid throw, a framed leaf picture, a lantern and a vase full of fall branches. The garland gives kids a fun repeating pattern to color, and the plaid blanket is a good chance to practice careful coloring.
Printing and coloring tips
Print at 100% on Letter or A4. Plain 80–100 gsm copy paper is fine for crayons and colored pencils; for markers, use thicker paper or put a scrap sheet underneath so the ink doesn't bleed through. Detailed scenes like this one are easier with fine-tip markers or sharpened pencils.
Ideas for this page
- Color the garland in a repeating pattern — red, orange, yellow, red, orange, yellow.
- Cut a real paper garland: trace leaves on colored paper and string them on yarn to decorate your own room.
Questions
Can older kids use this page too?
