After dinner, the friends take turns saying what they are thankful for. Four thought bubbles float above the table: a cozy house, two hands holding each other, a family of cats and a basket of apples and pumpkins. The kitty, the kittens, the bunny and the bear sit with mugs and plates around a pumpkin centerpiece. This page is made for a gratitude conversation.
Printing and coloring tips
Print at 100% on Letter or A4. Plain 80–100 gsm copy paper is fine for crayons and colored pencils; for markers, use thicker paper or put a scrap sheet underneath so the ink doesn't bleed through. Detailed scenes like this one are easier with fine-tip markers or sharpened pencils.
Ideas for this page
- On the back of the page, draw your own thought bubble with something you are thankful for.
- In class, let each child share one thing they drew — a simple gratitude circle.
Questions
Is this a good gratitude activity for kids?
Yes. Color the page, then have kids draw or write what they are thankful for in an empty bubble on the back.
