How to print: print both pages at 100% ("actual size") on Letter or A4, so the clothes fit the doll. Cardstock (65 lb / 176 gsm) keeps the doll standing; clothes are fine on regular paper.
Black & white version — color it yourself

The same doll and clothes as black-and-white line art, all 2 pages: color the outfits in any pattern you like, then cut them out and dress the doll exactly like the color version. Same size, same tabs — and it works on any printer.

Page 2 comes in the same PDF as the doll, so one download gives you both. Every piece is drawn to the same scale and fits the doll on page 1: cut around the outline, keep the white tabs and fold them behind the doll.

View allAbout this design
Page 1 has the duck, pink moon-and-star pajamas, a strawberry tee with rolled denim shorts, a lemon pinafore with a gingham hem, a knit cardigan over a green floral dress, two bows and a little cream handbag. Page 2 adds a blue daisy romper, a green dress with a pink sash, a lilac raincoat with cloud pockets, a peach wrap dress, a denim pinafore and a cream moon nightdress. That is ten outfits and three accessories, all fitting the duck on page 1.
How to make it
Print both pages at 100%. Cut out the doll first and glue it onto a piece of cereal-box card if you printed on plain paper. Cut out each outfit along its outline, keeping the white tabs; put it on the doll and fold the tabs behind the shoulders and sides. Store the clothes in an envelope or a zip bag so nothing gets lost.
Ideas for this page
- Play "morning to bedtime": the duck goes from pajamas to a picnic dress and back into the moon nightdress.
- Use the lilac raincoat for a rainy-day story and let kids draw puddles for the duck on scrap paper.
- The two bows sit on the duck's head — a dab of reusable putty keeps them in place.
