How to print: print both pages at 100% ("actual size") on Letter or A4, so the clothes fit the doll. Cardstock (65 lb / 176 gsm) keeps the doll standing; clothes are fine on regular paper.

About this design

The sweetest set in the collection. Page 1 has the duck, a pink cardigan over a cream ruffle dress, a pink gingham pinafore with a heart pocket, a strawberry hoodie with denim shorts and a floral blouse with a green heart skirt, plus a pink beret, a cream bow and a pink handbag. Page 2 adds a hooded pink jacket over a yellow dress, blue gingham overalls, a sailor dress, a lilac cardigan with bows, a pink coat with heart pockets and a cable sweater with pink shorts.

How to make it

Print both pages at 100%. Cut out the doll first and glue it onto a piece of cereal-box card if you printed on plain paper. Cut out each outfit along its outline, keeping the white tabs; put it on the doll and fold the tabs behind the shoulders and sides. Store the clothes in an envelope or a zip bag so nothing gets lost.

Ideas for this page

  • A ready-made Valentine's activity: dress the duck in pink and make a card with the duck on the front.
  • Mix and match: the hoodie and the lilac cardigan both go over the dresses.
  • Kids who love pink can color an extra heart-print scarf on scrap paper and add tabs.

Questions

Is there a boy duck version?

The duck itself is the same for any outfit. For less pink, the Autumn Sweater wardrobe and the yellow duck sets have overalls, hoodies and jackets.
