How to print: print both pages at 100% ("actual size") on Letter or A4, so the clothes fit the doll. Cardstock (65 lb / 176 gsm) keeps the doll standing; clothes are fine on regular paper.
Black & white version — color it yourself

The same doll and clothes as black-and-white line art, all 2 pages: color the outfits in any pattern you like, then cut them out and dress the doll exactly like the color version. Same size, same tabs — and it works on any printer.

Page 2 comes in the same PDF as the doll, so one download gives you both. Every piece is drawn to the same scale and fits the doll on page 1: cut around the outline, keep the white tabs and fold them behind the doll.

A garden-party set. Page 1 has the duck, a green dress with a lace hem, a yellow flower sundress with a pink sash, green gingham overalls over a puff-sleeve blouse and a blouse with a pink floral skirt, plus a straw hat with daisies, a basket bag and a green kerchief. Page 2 adds an orange cardigan with embroidered jeans, a linen coat with leaf embroidery, a lilac pinafore, a sailor-collar yellow dress, a pink coat dress with daisy pockets and a yellow vest with green bloomers.
How to make it
Print both pages at 100%. Cut out the doll first and glue it onto a piece of cereal-box card if you printed on plain paper. Cut out each outfit along its outline, keeping the white tabs; put it on the doll and fold the tabs behind the shoulders and sides. Store the clothes in an envelope or a zip bag so nothing gets lost.
Ideas for this page
- Set up a spring picnic: the straw hat, basket bag and sundress make one look.
- Ask kids to find every daisy on both pages before they start cutting.
- The linen coat goes over most of the dresses — try layering it.
Questions
Which outfits are easiest for small kids to cut?
The overalls and the linen coat have the simplest outlines. Leave the lace-hem dresses for older kids or a grown-up.
