How to print: print both pages at 100% ("actual size") on Letter or A4, so the clothes fit the doll. Cardstock (65 lb / 176 gsm) keeps the doll standing; clothes are fine on regular paper.
Black & white version — color it yourself

The same doll and clothes as black-and-white line art, all 2 pages: color the outfits in any pattern you like, then cut them out and dress the doll exactly like the color version. Same size, same tabs — and it works on any printer.

Page 2 comes in the same PDF as the doll, so one download gives you both. Every piece is drawn to the same scale and fits the doll on page 1: cut around the outline, keep the white tabs and fold them behind the doll.

Page 1 has the duck, a beige pinafore with a duck patch, a pink gingham pinafore with a strawberry pocket, a school uniform with a tie and a pleated skirt, a lilac teddy-bear dress, two bows and a heart-shaped bag. Page 2 adds a cow-print romper, a tee with a pink pleated skirt, yellow gingham overalls, lilac heart overalls, a cloud-print dress with a bow and a red hoodie with a duck face.
How to make it
Print both pages at 100%. Cut out the doll first and glue it onto a piece of cereal-box card if you printed on plain paper. Cut out each outfit along its outline, keeping the white tabs; put it on the doll and fold the tabs behind the shoulders and sides. Store the clothes in an envelope or a zip bag so nothing gets lost.
Ideas for this page
- Play school: the duck wears the uniform, packs the heart bag and goes to class.
- Before cutting, ask kids to find every little duck hidden on the clothes.
- A nice first-week-of-school activity for kindergarten and first grade.
Questions
Is this good for back to school?
Yes — the uniform and the overalls make school outfits, and the activity works well in the first days of class.
