Breakfast time in space. Standing at a little stove in the ship's kitchen, the kitty flips a pancake high in the air from a frying pan. A tall stack of pancakes, a mixing bowl with a spoon and a milk carton sit on the counter, an oven mitt hangs on a hook, and a porthole shows a ringed planet. Kids always love the flying pancake.
Printing and coloring tips
Print at 100% on Letter or A4. Plain 80–100 gsm copy paper is fine for crayons and colored pencils; for markers, use thicker paper or put a scrap sheet underneath so the ink doesn't bleed through. Detailed scenes like this one are easier with fine-tip markers or sharpened pencils.
Ideas for this page
- Color the pancakes golden with a little brown around the edges.
- Add syrup and berries on top of the pancake stack.
