Cute Summer Coloring Pages: Treasure Hunt

Part 2 of Island Adventures is the treasure hunt. After the rain, the explorer kitty plants a garden under a rainbow, follows footprints along the beach at night, frees a sea turtle tangled in seaweed, studies the treasure map with new friends, finds a hidden cave behind a waterfall, opens the treasure chest, waves at a passing boat and finally sails home with the crab, the parrot and the turtle.

Cute summer pages with a story

Eight sunny scenes with palm trees, waves, shells, a rainbow, a waterfall and a chest full of treasure. The outlines are thick and the main shapes big, so even young kids get a nice result, and there is plenty of detail for older kids.

Ideas for using them

• Treasure hunt party: hand out the map page as a party activity, then hide a “treasure” in the house.
• Ocean lesson: Helping a Sea Turtle is a gentle start for talking about keeping beaches clean.
• Summer reading: color one page a day and tell the story aloud — it reads like a picture book.

Each page has its own download. Complete Part 2 has the cover and all eight pages in one file.

Start from the beginning
