View allAbout this coloring page
The cake is baked and the kitty decorates it with a piping bag, adding little carrots made of icing on top of a tall frosted cake on a cake stand. A bowl of frosting with a spatula sits nearby, and the kitchen has checked curtains, a jar of utensils, pumpkins and leaves falling outside. The big round cake in the middle of the page is easy to color and very satisfying to finish.
Printing and coloring tips
Print at 100% on Letter or A4. Plain 80–100 gsm copy paper is fine for crayons and colored pencils; for markers, use thicker paper or put a scrap sheet underneath so the ink doesn't bleed through. Detailed scenes like this one are easier with fine-tip markers or sharpened pencils.
Ideas for this page
- Make the frosting white or pale yellow and the icing carrots bright orange with green tops.
- Draw candles or sprinkles on the cake if you want to make it your own.
Questions
Is there a dessert coloring page in the set?
Yes — this one, and Carrot Cake for Dessert in Part 3, where everyone shares the cake.
