The main dish. The kitty arranges carrots, herbs and potatoes around a plump turkey in a deep roasting pan. Behind is the oven with a towel on the handle and two oven mitts hanging above, and on the counter a cutting board with sliced carrots, a bowl of potatoes, pumpkins and a few acorns. The turkey is a big, simple shape, so it is easy to color golden brown even for small kids.
Printing and coloring tips
Print at 100% on Letter or A4. Plain 80–100 gsm copy paper is fine for crayons and colored pencils; for markers, use thicker paper or put a scrap sheet underneath so the ink doesn't bleed through. Detailed scenes like this one are easier with fine-tip markers or sharpened pencils.
Ideas for this page
- Color the turkey with two browns — light on top, darker on the sides — to make it look roasted.
- Draw steam coming out of the oven after you finish coloring.
