How to print: print both pages at 100% ("actual size") on Letter or A4, so the clothes fit the doll. Cardstock (65 lb / 176 gsm) keeps the doll standing; clothes are fine on regular paper.
Black & white version — color it yourself

The same doll and clothes as black-and-white line art, all 2 pages: color the outfits in any pattern you like, then cut them out and dress the doll exactly like the color version. Same size, same tabs — and it works on any printer.

Page 2 comes in the same PDF as the doll, so one download gives you both. Every piece is drawn to the same scale and fits the doll on page 1: cut around the outline, keep the white tabs and fold them behind the doll.

Page 1 has the bear, a navy three-piece suit with a red tie, a black tuxedo with a bow tie, a tweed jacket with a waistcoat and brown shorts, a camel coat over a red scarf, a black top hat, a spotted bow tie, a leather briefcase and a pocket watch. Page 2 adds a grey pinstripe suit, a cream double-breasted jacket, a burgundy waistcoat with a watch chain, a black velvet tuxedo, a tweed jacket with a red waistcoat and a navy blazer with a grey waistcoat.
How to make it
Print both pages at 100%. Cut out the doll first and glue it onto a piece of cereal-box card if you printed on plain paper. Cut out each outfit along its outline, keeping the white tabs; put it on the doll and fold the tabs behind the shoulders and sides. Store the clothes in an envelope or a zip bag so nothing gets lost.
Ideas for this page
- Dress the bear for a wedding, a concert or a tea party and act it out.
- The black pieces are great in the coloring version — try navy, plum or forest green instead.
- Pair him with the girl bear's Vintage dresses for a fancy party.
Questions
Is the black tuxedo hard to print?
No — it prints like any other piece. If you want to save ink, print the black-and-white version and color the tuxedo in any color you like.
